Through a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment, I help them explore their motivations for marriage, identify strengths, and address potential areas of growth. Together, we focus on essential relationship areas such as communication, conflict resolution, financial management, family dynamics, and shared values. By fostering deeper understanding and providing practical tools, I empower couples to create a thriving, resilient partnership that promotes long-term happiness and connection. As an Employee Assistance Professional (EAP), I provide confidential, personalized support to address the diverse and unique needs of employees. My expertise encompasses workplace challenges such as managing work-related stress, resolving conflicts, and achieving a healthy work-life balance. I also offer guidance on home-related stress, mental health concerns, trauma, substance use, and career transitions. Through short-term, solution-focused therapy, I empower clients to build resilience, enhance their well-being, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. In financial social work, I support clients in addressing financial anxiety, impulsive spending, and money-related triggers. Together, we work to cultivate a healthier relationship with money, promoting stability, confidence, and empowerment in navigating your unique financial journey. When I'm not engaged in therapy, my macro social work practice focuses on grant writing, program development, implementation, evaluation, and crafting comprehensive program proposals. As a program developer and grant writer, I design, implement, and assess trauma-informed initiatives, leveraging clinical expertise and systems-level strategies to create impactful and sustainable solutions. In addition, I am a passionate community advocate, dedicated to addressing critical needs, driving positive change, and advancing equity in underserved communities. I am proud to identify as Filipino and bring the richness of my lived experiences to my practice. My journey as a former foster youth, an immigrant, and a member of the LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS community has deepened my understanding of systemic racism, social stigma, discrimination, and marginalization. These experiences allow me to approach my work with empathy and authenticity. For my own well-being, I actively practice mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and maintaining a regular weight lifting routine. I love traveling, going on cruises, and camping in various national parks with my husband and our three dogs. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and achieving your goals. Together, we can work on fostering resilience, empowerment, and overall well-being.
